Upon calling the after-sales service hotline, service experts and R&D quality experts will provide customers with a response and information about specialized online acceptance and troubleshooting process. 2. Faulty Parts Repair Customers can send faulty parts to Absen's designated service center for repair. After the faulty parts have been repaired, they will be mailed back to the customer by Absen. 3. On-Site Service: Professional engineers can be dispatched by Absen to perform repairs on-site. 4. Training Service: Training on product knowledge, daily usage, and maintenance 5. What does Absen’s Project Handover Service Consist of?

Absen assigns professional engineers to customer sites for screen installation construction and commissioning, including screen installation, distribution box installation, control equipment installation, etc., so that the screens can be debugged, tested, and accepted. Service Content: 1. Steel structure design and installation 2. Installation of screen, distribution box, and control equipment 3. System debugging, testing, and acceptance 4. Instruction on regular maintenance precautions

What does Absen Screen Disassembly and Assembly Service Consist of?

Provides a solution to move a screen from point A to point B according to the customer's needs. We ensure that the screens are relocated according to the progress and quality requirements as promised in the contract by providing professional dismantling, transportation and engineering installation services. In this way, the customer is able to save on the investment of their newly purchased screens during the relocation process. Service Content: 1. Removal and transportation of the former screen 2. Production of new screen steel structures 3. Installation and debugging of the new screen 4. Instruction on regular maintenance precautions
